Who is Bobby Hansen?
Bobby Hansen was born and raised in Rhodesia/Zimbabwe where my childhood passion was hunting and fishing. Shortly after completing an apprenticeship I went to work for the Zimbabwe government running ½ million acres with cattle and anti poaching and problem animal control.
Then moving to South Africa, I did my apprenticeship as a professional hunter working for a reputable hunting outfitter, whereby I obtained my license.
My wife and I started our own successful business in 1997 with personalized safaris for big game and plainsgame operating in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia.
After 26 years myself and my team of excellent trackers and skinners still personally guide most of the hunts ourselves (George Myemi tracker / professional hunter has been with us 26 years).
We have built our reputation on Honesty, Integrity and Amazing Quality Animals.
Hence our slogan “BOOK WITH ME HUNT WITH ME”
OUR LODGE
Our main lodge and hunting area is in the Limpopo province.
Situated in the Waterberg mountains 3 ½ hours from Johannesburg,
this amazing area is 30 000 acres consisting of mountains, riverine bush and flat savanna. A really unique and diverse area with a large variety of plainsgame and resident buffalo for over 30 years.
Once on this property you will be hunting right out of camp with no unnecessary driving to other concessions.
We also hunt large concessions in the Orange Freestate and Eastern Cape.
We are licensed in these province/states.
We conduct most of our leopard hunts in Namibia and leopard/elephant in Zimbabwe legally.
Success rate on the above is very high, taking exceptional cats on a regular basis.
